there are things you must not share or put complete trust to another person.. even when u r married.. money n valuable possession can turn one u think a good person to greed.. when things go wrong.. theres always a finger to point...

fellow lyn members have given u a decent warning not to bring it due to security purposes.. but if you do bring it... n something goes wrong.. like theft, mishandled by other n etc... prepare to point n blame urself for it..

i suggest u leave the ps3 at home until u get a better/secure renting place.. enjoy the college life.. do co curiculum, join clubs n be friended those who are less privealege too.. this is the best education that adds value b4 u go into the working world...

Im going to college, and im bringing my ps3 to my hostel.

but my college different, the hostel are individual houses.

So im having single room, everytime go out, just lock the room =) the windows are grilled.

depending on your room, if its shared, then there is problem as it is easily access.

and there is also roommate problem, get into an arguement with ur roommate, or whatever action tht piss off ur roommate, prepare to see some damage to your stuff << this is real story, always happen.

conclusion : single room << u can bring anything
sharing room <<< dont bring too many things

I respectfully disagree. I find gaming much better than pissing money away in nightclubs. Unless your friends happen to be goodie two shoes in which case you're lucky.

I remember my friend buy a PS2 and bought to hostel and play.
One day he and his roomate sleep (afternoon) and wake up and see the PS2 plug been cabut.
The thief try to steal the ps2 but maybe so many plug it take time. He change his mind and ran away maybe because he though my friend wake up.

My suggestion is you get a large travel bag that can fit PS3+LCD. Buy ones with combination lock.

Put it under your bed deep inside.

Or you can do like what I do - sleep with my laptop and psp under my pillow.

thank you for packing up the LCD screen and Ps3 nicely in the bag.

All i need to do is go to your room and take your bag out and go home and rip your travel back apart
