Hi All,

I need some advice from all brothers, currently planning to purchase a 12 seater - transportation van for TOUR SERVICE purpose, may i know which car maker is more price wise, and reliable for long term? Below is my van list, please advise, thanks.
Kindly advise if you have better recommendation, my target budget is actually RM50K, second hand is considerable. thanks.

-Kia Pregio
-Era Jin Beii
-Nissan Urvan
-Ford Econovan
-Inokom permas

a friend who's into small time hantar barang services said econovan is good enough but no comfort whereas the best has to be both hiace and urvan
but as for hiace, from what are u referring to?
the new ones are really good

The Kia Pregio is actually a Ford/Mazda in disguise.
So I'd say ur choice would be between Pregio, Hiace & Urvan.
Just pick one based on budget, condition & availabilty.

my concern is passenger feel and get comfortable ride and speed will be slow only and travel around Penang island around only.
I prefer Toyota Hiance (new model) but new price is around RM78K - RM80K and i dont think second hand can get at RM50K also, that's y i searching for substitute option.

It has a 2.7L diesel engine from Mazda, model J2.
Need 5L engine oil per change. Oil filter can use Mitsubishi Pajero if u feel the original is expensive.
Adequate power. Full capacity at 100-110km/h no issue.
1L can go 11-12km. FC wise, I believe the Hiace's 2.5L CRD Turbo would be better.
Was the most popular in the market for small travel group until Toyota & Nissan launched their vans.
