That is auction website you need to bid to win.
And to bid, you need to buy the bid.
Each bid only usable once and if someone else counter your bid then your bid will be gone.

Think of it one item lets say market price RM100 and now its on bid starting RM1.
You bid once (eg each bid costs RM0.10), then someone bid it now becomes RM1.20, so your bid is lose and you lost RM0.10.
And you going to keep bidding??
