Hi All, I want to ask...Lets say i have signed up got 2 years contact...However, i want to end the contract...How much do i need to pay as the penalty??
*
You have to pay the balance in full. That's why it is called a contract. If you signed up for 24 months and you want to cancel after 2 months then you are bound by the contract to pay up the balance ie 22 months. In addition there may be extra penalty payments depending on the fine print of the contract that you signed initially.

When it comes to poor customer service it is not just the case with DIGI. It is across the board for all service oriented services in Malaysia. It has to do with the deteriorating standards of English in Malaysia as well as the rot that has set in when it comes to the system of education in Malaysia. The world ranking of Malaysian universities has been steadily dropping every year. When it comes to English, university grads these days can't even compare with Std 6 students from say 15-20 years ago. These days when you try to speak English with most uni grads you will get a blank stare in return most of the time.

Don't believe me? Try the customer service of Maxis, TM, Celcom, StanChart Bank etc etc. All hopeless but can't be helped cos if they pinch staff from other companies the quality is just as atrocious if not worse! So no point in shooting DIGI cs. Customer service is just bad in Malaysia, period.
