guys...my friend singed up for the Digi Ip4 package last 3 week. today he go to DC for collection and the CS told him that the IP4 price will be revise (effective 1/Nov) to rm 1990 (16GB) due to govement already abolish the tax for handphone. So the CS ask my friend want to cancel & reapply or collect the phone using old price.

Any1 know about this issue?

u still pay RM63 a mth for the epp plan (RM153+ incl iphone cost) coz the amount has already been swiped to ur credit card. if ur usage does not exceed the 200 mins, 200 sms, 20 mms, etc, the RM5 will be rolled over to ur next mth's bill. same goes for the next mth if u constantly do not use above your limit (i.e. month 2 = RM10 balance, month 3 = RM15 balance till month 24 = RM120 balance). after month 24, whatever balance u have in your account will be used to offset against your month 25's bill.

if ur usage exceeds RM5, then u'll hafta pay the extra amount minus RM5.

and yes, i don't c the advantage of paying the full amount upfront since it costs exactly the same (for upfront payment, u hafta factor in the 5% tax...its not included in the monthly RM63 fee). and from Jan 1 2011 onwards, service tax would be raised from 5% - 6%. so technically if u buy it via epp now, u can save RM13.23 (RM63 x 21 x 1%)...LOL

This happen to me as well... I never touch anything on the FaceTime... Anyway will this happen again if I didn't on or off the facetime?

My fren is a sup line and her sis is main line... She can't port to digi so her sis go to Mxxxs and kick her line out to become independent line. The next day she  goes to digi and apply to port to digi few days later digi call her and say her request fail after investigate only realise she is still sup line maxis didn't do anything to her account. Worst part is her sis go back to spore Liao won't come back these few months.
Anyone have solution for this scenario?
