i am not sure whether this should be here or in maxis thread.
The situation was i went maxis centre twice to convert my supplementary line to prepaid so that i am able to port over to digi iphone plan. But my first attempt to do that in maxis centre butterworth failed as the maxis server was said to be down for this service nationally and said will be resumed at 1st Nov.
So, i decided to call maxis centre before i go on 1st Nov to queensbay maxis centre to confirm about the resume of the service and the answer was ya.
So, i travelled to queensbay and end up they said they dunno what happen the service not yet to be resumed.
Ok. The question now is i don't want to wait for maxis anymore and want to register a new digi number. If so, in future, does digi allow me to port back my maxis number to replace the new digi number? Or the iphone plan is bound to a fix digi number?
