Same developer as "The Treez" Bukit Jalil...
Came across this: http://www.exsim.com.my/news.php Wondering if anybody knows where'a their landbank in Kuchai Lama and OUG for the development? For Kuchai lama, I am suspecting the empty space in front of Jalan Rukun 12. |

well, since this developer is well known for it's "extra ordinary" concept of design, try to benchmark the price against the "The Treez" bukit jalil....
Launching @ next year 2011, if the price is right I will definitely grab one. Because I like kuchai lama area :-) Now I am trying hard to find out their landbank... |

still better lar compared to subang, PJ and cheras. Look at the number of Taman/acre divide by the number of access roads, you will get what I mean.

Saw this notice board on the empty land near to kuchai futsal coourt.
2 block of 24 storey with 288 unit High End condominum on Jalan Gembira! Notice board on the empty land infront dynasty garden has been taken off. I wonder this is the same project or what.  So nice the notice board, got PICTURE!  This post has been edited by terrywoo: Sep 27 2010, 03:40 PM |

confirmed it is called 288 residence, developer is Akisama.....same developer of G residence.

G residence developer is Klang Lama development, dis one by Akisama is true ..
