i think to clarify some question,
Xt720 bought from singapore, you got two options:

signup for $0 24 months plan with starhub, or buy without contract ( in tink someone mentioned $988).

Or go to one of the reseller shops ( i got mine for $560 including dock and case). it's ori starhub models.

All warranties are covered by Motorola Singapore ( local 1 yr warranty)


oh, and to debunk the myth - magnet on the shutter does not work ( unfortunately)

hmm.. i wonder aside from XT owners.. how many own the Milestone A855 variant? (i.e. the one droid equavalent?)

not suppose to use too strong a magnet on electronic devices. other components may not take too kindly to it
