U need to put  launcher pro only inside the app folder..others than that u can remove..n make sure jar n framework same with ur currently system...another method u need to delete old launcher pro apk at system/app with root explorer then reboot.,after that download launcher pro from market..install then uninstall back..after uninstall now u can install that new pro plus apk,

If you got root explorer look under

/system/sd/app

all the app should be install here beside system app.

If not just reflash and aply app2pd. You don't need to reformat your sd card
But pls remove the old app2sd & replace with newly extracted from zip file
If not it will.failed to load your ext2.ko

After you apply app2sd  all the install will be there except for game

Added on November 25, 2010, 10:57 pmYou shoulf get the magic number 166mb on your sd after you apply2sd and all the app are still there. Some might not run properly just re install and only minimal will be deducted from your sd

Guys HERE the optimizer for US sbf ..got 2 method app2sd inside...can use either install.sh or install_use_busybox.sh...Jit come with my build prob..anyway theme come with new NexTang theme...enjoy !
