It'll be good if you can test it to see if it works 100%
If memory serves, I recall reading in the Playstation section about some DVD home theater systems not working with the PS3 even though they had optical inputs. But that was about a year or so back
Anyways, just a little heads up to the TS and all the best in getting a suitable system for your PS3

Oh and keep a look out for any warehouse sales, I once went to a Sony warehouse sale and found a 5.2 AV system for under RM500

I've been using my 5.1 altec lansing for my ps3 to watch bluray n games. Now I think I wanna buy a decent HtiB that can decode HD audio.

I know some of you may feel HtiB is sux, but I think my budget only allow to that extent only.. too bad.. huh!

came to know that this model Onkyo HT-S3300 is preety decent for ps3.
anyone have their thought on this? and how much will it cost? any other suggestion from u guys?
