Even without trx i dun think hsbc will build hq in bs or eco city
Both locations as their pros and cons.

Financial institutes will likely to go to trx. Other services may not.

Even cimb is relunctant to go. I dun think mayban keen also on trx.

Sotong n tiger banks oredi got their hq so ya mayb wont move hq 2 trx. 4 hsbc n affin, their hq bldgs mayb 2 small n location nt strategic thts y move 2 trx. Nt only banks r moving their hq 2 trx, prudenntial oso moving there.

Working together are way much efficient, improve communication and productivity.

Doesnt work for me to work from home.. The savings from higher productivity will outstrip the savings from office rental.
