my ipod touch 3G is 3.1.3, is it possible tat i upgrade it to 4.x.x ,

if yes will it be 4.3 straight away or i can choose which one to upgrade?

no, my ipod is totally brand new. yet JB-ed.
my current version 4.2.1.
basically after almost completed dload the update, it will stop and claimed something is wrong with my internet connection... which is nothing to do at all... happened 4 times already....
