Any reason why the Apple iPad 10W USB Power Adapter(RM89) cheaper than Apple USB Power Adapter(RM109) ?

I'm using it for my iPod touch and iPhone as well. Can we use Apple iPad 10W USB Power Adapter with iPod Touch 4th Generation ? i think the reason its cheaper because its bulkier and also less 'good looking' than the 5W charger. i personally feel that the 10W is more value for money as it can charge your idevice faster and comes with an extension cable as well. |

Looks like the one I bought from Mac City in 1 Utama, but it's a Kensington one which is black in color...
