hi guys, i have an ahem ipod touch 4g ios4.1. and something bad happened, so i have to restore it, so its now ios4.3, so, now itune reinstall everything.

means, the unpaid app are now no longer can be used? and all the private app (not available in itune) can no longer be used? since my ipod is now a very legal ios4.3

If your paid apps is from iTunes, you will not need to pay for redownload as long as you are using the same email username.
