Erm guys, i wanna ask some noob questions....Can my wira 1999 stock rim 1.6 xli one fit into kelisa? or i ask like this, my wira is 185/60/14, the kelisa is 166/55/14....can my rim fit into his kelisa?

I got a question, the wira 1.6 original fog lamp is projector rite? Can it fit HID? the original fog lamp one...
