last 2 week i also did something to my exhaust system, add another mini-muffler (or some say center box), now got 2 mini muffler.
noise reduce significantly, power feeling like dropped... (but also could be due to the silent exhaust), and mileage increase!!!! not 30% like yours, but it did increase!!!

fyi, mine is a 93t. running on 2.5" piping - 2x 2.5" mini muffler - 1x 2.5" muffler

270 to 300??? wow.... that is really teruk... anyway, today i check my kancil mileage.
damn teruk... only can get 8km/liter!!!

he sinkalan u laa... at most 1 day can finish... new lower arm cost approx rm100 exclude labour... if u just buy the bush and fit to ur old lower arm, its abit cheaper, but takes abit longer time in workshop (at most 1 day)...

yah , it's my new tail lamp for new year... someone here poison me.. and i got infected. 

function of safc and emanage is actually control our air fuel ratio. increase hp, and give good fc is possible.. depending on the tuner lo.
price is 1.5k around lo..
the top visor?? it's not a visor. it's the shark fin! mitsubishi has it for aerodynamic... i dunno how good it does for wira.. anyway, i just install it , so that my car is easier to spot in a parking lot.. kekekek..
