I am very sorry to hear about that. In fact have you checked with your local post office? This is very strange and honestly this is the very 1st time occured among so many buyers in Malaysia. This cant be happening twice. As there were other parcels going to Malaysia as well when I sent your parcel (1st and 2nd replacement) and all buyers received already within estimated time.

According to the investigation update from UK Royal Mail, they could only confirm that the parcels have left UK because the shipping method you had for the parcels are standard shipping (no tracking numbers).

I think you should actually try some other address if you are still keen to place your order.

I have already given you refund to your 1st orders (which is your unwanted/lost T shirt - God of War Grey Kratos T shirt, and sent a replacement for Iron Man Red Chest T shirts without costing you any extra charges). This has actually exceeded my Terms and Conditions where I am not responsible in any parcel loss or damage during delivery as long as buyer is happy with the selected shipping method.

I think this has been quite fair to you where I have beared the loss for the 'lost parcels' and unfortunately I really cant assist you any further as I should work within my term and conditions as fairness to all members here.

You need to check your PM inbox, look at those parcels pictures that I provided you before sending out, confirm if you have given me the correct delivery details. All parcels should have been dispatched to the address shown on the parcels.

I would strongly suggest you to check with local post office or your neighbours if the parcel has been mistaken?
