Well if the item you want is in stock, it will take normally 12 - 14 working days delivery to Msia (via standard non trackable shipping), or 4 - 8 working days with trackable shipping. If the item is not in stock, additional 5 wrking days are required to get the stock dispatched from warehouse.

Well, for the size, the best thing you want to do is measure your chest and refer to the sizing guide in the 1st post and that will tell you what size fits you best as I am not sure how much different is these sizing compare to Malaysia sizing.
