guys, here some move for pull up...Scan from Men's Health Magazine =)

if the fonts are too small to read u can save the picture in ur computer and zoom in to have a better view ^^

Not an advocate of pullups, but these exercises can be found on bb.com. I think you're just promoting ur pullup bar again.

pullups are cool, easy to do and you can do it almost anywhere.
that's why parks and taman rekreasi's nowadays have a lot of these stuffs.

im looking to buy a pullup bar.
what's the price range?

I don't know about this myself, but are you sure you should be putting your own watermark on something that isn't published by you?

yeah, i agree with that.
TS only scanned the pic and uploaded it, but he did not own it.
so, there's no reason for him to watermark it.

Actually, you can't reprint/re-publish/re-post/re-use other people's photos without their permission. Those photo are the intellectual property of Mens' Health, and the copyright of the photographer.

So, you shouldn't put the © sign with your name on the picture since you didn't shoot it, and you don't own rights to use the photos.

However, LYN is considerably lax about this issue... as long as you quote the source and you don't claim ownership of the pictures. Just remove the © thing and you can watermark it with Pikachu or Doraemon if you want to.
