 Is liquid nitrogen the best way to overclock?

Liquid nitrogen seems to be the only way to break the world record (3068MHz):

But is it really good for overclocker or just good for show? Wonder if the HyperX 2333 RAM still can be used or not...

Usually its just for Expo or Special event.. I dont believe got ppl using nitro as cooling solution 24/7..

there is no way u can use ln2 as 24/7 rig... the nearest extreme cooling that can be used on a 24/7 rig would be a phase change unit....

regarding the ram, it still workable if u are lucky, else it will be degraded due to the extreme high vdimm used.

looking at cost-wise, no one would probably consider doing ln2 for daily usage .

Its irrelevant. You have to constantly change the contents. Water cooling is somewhat better.

you can't get them in normal store sweat.gif but could try contact any chemical manufacturing company in yellow pages
