it's really about ppl attitude and their upbringing. no one is gonna say anything if you really make an effort to really pay what you can, no matter if it's just rm10 for a start every month. instead, many giving excuses like low income yet owned a car, high cost living (high cost until can't spare rm10?), inconvenience on paying methods ( hello? borrow that time never say difficult, long wait ? )
