Those with ELPIDA hypers chipset maybe ??? they clock very well...
Or for value ram, you can search for D9KPV chipset. I can do ddr3 2000 with that ram after some tweakings. Never play with those high end chipset. But elpida hypers are one of the best clocking ddr3 chips. You can source for more information from our ram clockers here. Owikh, cstkl1... they play with high end chips. |

D9 chipsets doesnt work that well with core i5 and i7, elpida hyper, bbse has been EOL for almost a year, the next best option would be Powerchip (PSC)

QUOTE(BigSaver @ Sep 23 2010, 04:21 PM) bro ..the patriot value ram u bought, is it same with the lingloong selling HERE? yup, i'm pretty sure deneb/propus can't handle ram @ 2k. mite be benchable but certainly hard to get totally stable. Might opt this rams,as the elpida will cost bomb to me and btw ts,saw some forumer said the imc for P2 cant handle well at 2k clock. im not sure is true or not. d9kpt/v max out around 1700 @ 7-7-7, voltage wise not so pretty thou, should be around 1.8v or higher. |

D9KPV can do 2k CL9 on intel, just that you will need lot of time to tweak them, and a good board.
never try them on AMD though... the ram i bought from antonio last time. its w/o heat spreader and has d9kpv chips on it. you can go ahead and try your luck, in my opinion, most value ram can do 1600 cl9 as long as you know how to push them. |
