-WTA- which 1 should i use to ship parcel, from KL to Sabah

I have a parcel with weight less than 500gram, 31cm x 20cm x 7cm, if i use pos laju will it be expensive? or i should use e-parcel? or can post by using EMS? need suggestion here thanks. and the estimate charge on this parcel, from KL to Sabah.

post express cheaper...A4 size envelope RM5 if not mistake.
If your item is bulky then ask for BOX type post express. |

how much the cost of EMS box?
@davinlicious i heard that if over 30cm the size they will charge you according the size, so if charge according the size also below RM12 only? |
