Does anyone experience a problem of 8002AD23 ?

I had this error since the day i got myself unifi and used their router. Anyone else having this problem and found a solution? They stated that need to update the firmware but in order to update mine, i need to get the TMnet firmware cos their router setting is updated with their own customized firmware.
