afaik should be better with monitor since it's have better supported resolution. but make sure u'r monitor have HDCP. Never tried before but someone said there will be no display for non-HDCP

about the audio i have no idea..but it's possible to use Y splitter

found the solution...it's about my PS3 setting..during play back press triangle..go to AV menu. then i change the audio / sound to PCM..now i'm on DTS 5.1 thumbup.gif

guys..i got 1 problem with Optical connection to my Home Theater when playing a MOVE game. eg: time crysis (demo), sports championship etc

1. it's got sound when i played a movie with DTS / Dobly setting
2. it's got sound when i navigate at XMB
3. it's got sound when i play other games

** i realize it won't have a sound when i point to the MOVE game..normally when we point to the game (before enter it), there will be a preview of the game right?

for MOVE we just need

EYE + Motion (with the ball) and the MOVE game..that's all..so far i still don't need a Navi yet

* just got my 2nd MOVE Motion last nite at Sony Center..they are offering at RM188

* i'm from KB..already ask the games shop and they are selling at RM210 blink.gif (imported set)

maybe..already test all the BD games i have last few nite and i found

most of the games got sound (GOW collection, Fifa11, WC2010, MGS, IL, Virtua Fighter, Smack Down 2010 etc. all around 1x games) except ;

1. GOW 3
2. Sports Championship

* All movies are no problem

really frustrated if really the game problem especially GOW 3..it's got Dolby / 5.1 audio features / option but why we can't enjoy it? cry.gif

Just upgrade to better wireless modem+router or u may put an access point at downstairs

* that's why i never bought a wireless devices with built-in antenna..normally those device won't have an external antenna port

u may refer to the 1st page.

R - region where the game selling for + online server located..R1 is US, R2 for euro and R3 for Asia..If u play offline then no need to care about the Region thingy

found the solution for my problem..i have un-tick the DTS in XMB menu..now my GOW 3 and Sports Championship got sound using the HT..thanks to all notworthy.gif

just tick all..it's support to set the max our display (monitor / tv) can support

that's why i change my mind from white to black..putting a cloth should be no problem but pls make sure u don't cover the ventilation hole. or maybe u can get a clear skin for u'r PS3
