i just bought yesterday. Is there any needs to update your firmware? Does updating firmware will enable me to use photo gallery software?

I downloaded it at 3.41 although that time already have 3.50.

after that only i update it into 3.50.
so yes,no problem.

according to wiki, there are only 4 generation of ps3? should i buy ps3 now or wait for the 5th generation or the next new batch of ps3 to be released?

with the release of PSMOVE, it's unlikely sony will release next generation console in a few months.

there's no additional features... stripped down got... whistling.gif

anyway no news on next batch of ps3 for the next 6-8 months (the only thing they increase is hdd capacity, btw just do DIY upgrade)

at this moment, model 25xx is the latest...

can i ask u sumtin.. what is the diff between the previous batches with the newest batches? from wiki , i found out that the newet one has bravia, dolby hd and dts in which the previous one dont have. (i looked in the features column)

most of the consoles comes with that features.certain apps are included with latest update & it will add more advantage for ur console. nod.gif
