wahh 1.3k is very expensive...if going by now exchange rate the headset shud be rm800, i guess with s/h + tax probably rm1k wink.gif
as comparison i ship ps3 set + 14 games in two boxes from us to mas cost is rm500

got my PS3 today at sony style n wanted to register for extended warranty. went to this website

where to find the serial no. and model no.?
found something similar to serial number except mine start with S03 instead of S01, but website hardcoded for S01 so how should i register?

i thk u better register with ps3 asia website ie PSN website (http://asia.playstation.com/my/en)

even if ur code is S01, u can't register with sony.com.my website coz i tried last week...hmm.gif mine is S01? meaning old stock? ohmy.gif

just now my 2 game saves have problem after 2 days i didn't play that 2 games. before this my ps3 keep hang/freeze in xmb or loading games. i suspects my ps3 hard drive problem but i can't confirm because it's still working

To test, download some demos or play some games that are directly from your HDD.
If you face issues... yea, HDD problem.

I recently bought a PS3 bundled with NBA2K11 game. I’m using a fullHD monitor, Samsung BX2450, as I can use it for my PC and PS3 at the same time, as it has 2 hdmi port.

I run display tests for at the Display Setting, my monitor works fine, and the XMB is using 1080p resolution.

However, when I run NBA2K11, the game will starts at 720 resolution. I change on the display settings, deselect 720, and when the game started, it’s at 1080, it still looks pixelated.

I tried RDR as well, things looks pixelated, but the game max at 720.

Is this due to the game limitation or something wrong either with my monitor or console? I’ve reset the PS3 to detect the resolution, and tried 2 HDMI cables. Anyone had similar issue before?

The game itself oni support up to 720p... biggrin.gif nuthing wrong with ur ps3 and Lcd monitor... smile.gif mine oso like that...

so yours looks pixelated as well? but NBA2K11 on the game box written it can go up to 1080p, but it doesn't when i start it.

i notice you have RDR, so it is pixelated on monitor, since it's up to 720p only. i started playing RDR, and it's so pixelated. in my mind, it should have been as sharp as GTAIV I've played on PC. laugh.gif

Oh..haha, u have to uncheck 720p in ur ps3 display setting...should solve the problem... biggrin.gif
