Hello, it seems my saga blm had the gear box problem, sometimes while i changing the gear, it will stuck between the "half gap/ half way ", it makes me have to "re-change" the gear more than once especially on "R" gear. today happened on "1st" gear, do u guys have this problem or it's normal ?

try pump the clutch..

why not get it checked at the sc? my spring always kenyal / patah.. damn frustrated.. although they change, its damn time wasting!

Actually my car got problem since i bought it. already when to SC so many times already, they still can't fix it probably. REALLY dissappionted - -

Let me make it short 1st.

1st time went to serdang service centre, more there 3rd times, told me tat was probably is a new car, thats why this problem occurs. The techinican with me took a ride with my car 2 rounds on the road. He's said it was ok. finally i'm really frustrated and decided go to another sc.

The second one is puchong there. near IOI, went there more than 3 times, the problem still existed. They can't even make the appointment probably. - -
The technician Told me the car like that is normal because The saga blm and savvy gearbox is not flexible because it's use the Some sort of "Linguish" and its not cable.

1st time bought new car, things happen. - -

Yes the car already had problem since i bought it, now around 5k mileage already

i) Gear started hard to shift, especially 5th gear

After a Week or two.
ii) Abnormal Sounds happen while changing gear

Than
iii)Cluth getting lossen and lossen, Gear "R" started hard to change. Somestimes stuck in half-way/half-gap

TODAY
iv) 1st gear stuck in half-way/half-gap

i'm working right now, will tell u guys whole story on tommorrow, any opinions are welcome, really thanks you guys.

bear with it till the next change of the gear oil, new gear oil will smooth the effect. i face this problem for the reverse gear, but till 2nd service, the SC change the gear oil, no problem till today.

go to workshop, and change the gear box oil.

go to HQ service center, may be can solve.

I din face this problem since i change my geal oil at 1000km, so after changed new gear oil then problem solved.

yup, go to a real Proton Edar center to sort it out.

I notice that you're in Klang Valley, so I suggest for you to go to Glemarie (spelling) or the Shah Alam side (beside Kesas Highway); as the "experts technician" are normally located at this 2 service centre.

maybe faulty or worn clutch...my frend replaced it with aftermarket clutch its good now...just assumption

like others say...change gear oil...see how first

last time, my manual gearbox also stuck when changing gear.. u have to notice whether the gear still engaged or not.. my prob is because of some screw just below the gear console not tight properly, so it jam half way (sometime).. so if the problem occurred not too often, that might be the prob..

how do i know whether the gearbox is not engaged or not? probably if it get stuck, i re-step the cluth and its working again.
