will celcom charge extra for data over limit usage or just block it? they can't convert to edge as in digi, right?

really joking la. i just got the email & it's stated collection date 5th which is already past, how now? should i go tomorrow, will they still entertain me or need to 'bang-bang' table?

i compared celcom i98 with maxis ivalue 1 (rm100) seems maxis more worth 333 mins local where else celcom only 100 mins. too little for me.
phone price only different of 152.

my question is the maxis 333 mins applicable to all networks or just within maxis network?
