i'm existing celcom customer n I waited almst 12 hrs for my new micro sim to active. Picked my phone up within an hr in total but had issue with the phone n exchange a new 1 now

guys , remember to check ALL the phone function on the spot before you accept the unit , anything wrong straight ask to change on the spot , FYI they will hv some standby units specifically for RMA exchange ( doesn't come with full box n all) , n I think they won't specifically open up the full box unit to exchange for you if you hv any prob later if they r out of stock for the rma unit. So my advice is check n confirm all function r working b4 u walk out fr the shop to save u the hassle
