If still cant get facetime by this weekend then it looks like have to try the MiTime solution.

Viber works fine here too but no facetime.
Celcom CS says Facetime is not supported and even told me to JB lol

Updated the ipcc a week ago but my carrier name displayed in Setting still show MY CELCOM although in Settings>General>About under Carrier it says Celcom 9.1

Network says CELCOM or MY CELCOM

I just updated again and it still says MY CELCOM

Then it makes sense.
I was under the impression that it would change to just CELCOM.
If it does I may have a solution to activate the Facetime
