Could be true if there's no in-building site. But if there is (like shopping complex), it's because of their design for sectoring signal.

I remember last time there is a plan that you can get any BB for free (but except Torch) for a monthly RM248 with 24 months contract. But now no more from celcom website.

QUOTE(keramat @ Nov 26 2010, 11:27 AM) Just talk to my celcom acc manager, celcom hold to launch ip4 coz got many bugs. for example, cant make video call tru 3g network n only ip4 to ip4 only. then internet conn prob. they wait for apple to launch ip4 white edition. i heard apple now working to settle anntena issue, 3g call over network n diff phone for white edition. so just wait lar....... so, at da moment, just use my n8 ler....... LOL, since when ip4 can make video call? Their facetime is only like normal video conferencing in PC, but only for ip4 to ip4/mac. It will only work via WiFi (unless jailbreak) & it's not the same with normal 3G video call. |

By the way,my fren is using 5+1 plan and he also subscribe the celcom data plan RM38..and he can freely surf the internet via 3GS...now I wonder if I able to do so via celcom exec 50 + Data plan RM38? yes you can, but you'll get 1GB quota. QUOTE(Seng_Kiat @ Jan 10 2011, 07:49 PM) guys... is anyone here using Celcom Biz P148? Free unlimited data but what is the speed? I just call service center and they confirm me only 512kbps . You should get maximum speed available if you refer to celcom website. Yes, I agree call center normally give misleading info. 3.5G connection doesn't mean you can get full 3.5G speed. They still can throttle you down based on total bandwidth available. |

QUOTE(terryfu @ May 18 2011, 04:12 PM) Celcom's RM 300 is deducted over 12 months (for 12 month plan). Meaning instead of every month pay RM 98, you pay RM 73 (deduct RM 25 per month) monthly for the bill (of course if exceed the free calls / smses then pay extra charges lah - which is also competitive with the other telcos). Yup the 5% off is much better in my opinion. Don't forget to add 6% service tax on top of RM 98 to pay to our lovely gov. That's mean RM98 + 6% - RM25 |
