I am unable to perform a 3-way call feature...anyone successful?

I can add call, but cannot perform a merge call after that. I can only swap between the two. All of us are using iPhone (3G, 3GS and 4 respectively).

Now SKYPE already have the video over 3G and WiFi for Iphone 4 users. Go and download from itunes and solve all of your facetime problem once and for all.

i was on iOS 3.1.2 on my 3GS before. the celcom reception signal fluctuates like crazy. can't even get GPRS (o icon) or EDGE (E icon), but sometimes can.
i just upgraded the iOS to 4.2.1 on friday. it fixes many bugs that i've encountered and brings in more settings to be customized.
