Some findings:
My wife also has an IPhone 4 but is still on 4.1..FaceTime is fine. So I tried putting my sim into her phone and still the same,can't activate FT..so took out my sim card and reinserted hers..now she can't FT!!same message..waiting for activation!OMG!
