Misteri had her own story, sad ones from what I heard. If her life is sad enough please don't add salt to wound. Her actions had nothing to do with us. So do the right thing

So the Hougyouku is sealed with Aizen for a future event. Ichigo's loss of power will be resolved in the next mini-arc, which will be succeeded by a longer arc that addresses what hasn't been touched yet, ie. the Royal Guard.
I am pretty sure that the strength of Ichigo's final attack Mugetsu must have gotten the attention of the people in the Royal Guard, wherever they are. So that will probably lead to the next arc.
Not to mention, we have basically seen Ichigo's 'Final Form'. THe fact that he has lost his powers is irrelevant, since he will get them back (Isshin did). This will basically be his last resort ace in the hole for the final boss fights or he will eventually remaster it such that it becomes his permanent form. Unlikely, considering the scale fo the power.
His hollow and shinigami powers are gone? I doubt it. Shinigami have shown to regain power over time even when they have lost their powers (Rukia, Isshin). I don't think Orihime will play a part to restore Ichigo's powers; she isn't at the level where she can reject large scale events and changes. She can reject wounds and objects but as she has explained to Ichigo, healing reiatsu is harder than simply healing (possibly due to the lack of tangible form), so I don't think she can reject the events that cause Ichigo to lose his powers (not to mention whether the rejection is contained to one object only or all events caused by the rejected object is known or not).
Perhaps the Royal Guard, having witnessed the mess of the thirteen court squads, have decided to take things into their own hands. I mean if we think of the Royal Guard as a higher authority, looking at the performance of the Gotei 13 would show that the Captain Commander lost his arm with a level 90+ kidou, all of the captains were taken down, all of the captains were taken down after they attacked one of their own (Hinamori), the entire issue was a result of three ex-captains from Gotei 13, and that they were caught temporary allying with hollow/shinigami hybrids. No matter how you look at it, the Gotei 13 screwed up bad.
However, as for what I predict next chapter, Ichigo goes back to a normal life and reminisces about how he used to be a shinigami. However his inability to fight Hollows is a plot problem (Urahara could supply, I guess) and while he is inactive and living a normal life, Soul Society could be in logistics turmoil with the Royal Guard which culminates in Ichigo being alerted to it when presumably someone is sent to him.
Somewhere down the line, Aizen will be unsealed either to serve as a big bad or to aid against the new big bad. Due to his reduced power, he is no longer an extreme threat to Soul Society, who simply cannot kill him but can reseal him. Although Orihime will probably be used to unseal Aizen with her rejection powers. (Seriously doubt Kisuke built the seal to be capable of being undone)
Unfortunately this will take roughly 8 or more chapters, so it is nothing more than a wild guess at this point.
