plan to sign up for the maxis iphone 4 ivalue plan but seem like most of the maxis centers have been lack of iphone 4....how long normally we have to wait for the arrival of new stock?

I think the easy payment plan for iphone 4 stated in the 1st page should have some modification,I had called maxis call center twice to confirm with the maxis operators, and they told me that only Maybank credit card can be used for 24 months easy payment plan, the other cards (citibank, public, cimb, and etc.) can onliy make 12 months....

I went to several maxis centre and keep calling maxs cs but they keep telling there is no stock n cant make any reservation, but y still some of u can make reservation and buy the fon from maxis in these few days?
