err a question...not sure how does it work...

my fren take maxis desire with 1 year contract with value 50 + a 500mb data plan...which makes him rm98 not mistaken when paying...he ask me as for iphone plan...is ivalue 1 with rm100 pakage....how much call credit do we have in that ivalue 1? rm100?

my fren desire plan has a value 50 plan which give him the call credit of rm50....how abt the ivalue 1 for iphone?
*
this is actually explained on website.
If your fren signs up for iValue 1 now, iValue 1 will only activate as soon as his RM98 contract (value 50+500mb) ends.
Means now he pays RM98, after this contract period ends, he pays RM100, which is the ivalue plan 1.

To know more about ivalue 1 just click on the link in first page. It gives free 333 min of call, 1GB of data, 200 SMS.

when you convert, how much did u need to pay for the registration and i'm afraid there's gonna be extra payment on the day of the launching, so, need to think, whether to convert now or at the launching itself.
*
There is no extra charge. But to register a postpaid line, you'll need to pre-pay the first monthly fee upon registration.

RM50 pre-payment fee.  whistling.gif

Keep in mind that your iValue plans and ValuePlus plans will run concurrently.

Hope to got my answer clarified. thanks.

Does it mean I will be charged interest rate according to bank if I were to pay by installment using my UOB credit card?

Hmmm.. even though i have decided to get myself a black Iphone 4 during this friday, i will still feel the feeling of uncertain whenever i look at WHITE iphone 4 picture.. In my mind the white one is like so much nicer in term of apperance. don't you guys feel so?

so it is like 'getting an iphone 4 asap' vs 'getting a better iphone 4'. Lol.

the RM 50 when converting from prepaid to postpaid will be billed in your first bill

the prepayment is for credit card installment, nothing to do with the admin cost converting prepaid to postpaid

my advise, pls pls pls TRY to convert it before your go to collect your iP4. think about 800++ other ppl also, not just yourself.
*
Nonono the prepayment is a must for everyone who signs up for iValue plans:

Choice of iPhone 4: 16GB Black
Rate plan: iValue 2
Contract duration: 12 months
Monthly commitment: RM 155
iPhone price: RM 1490
Prepayment of monthly fees:RM 200
Total amount: RM 1690

This is the confirmation email i received. The prepayment will then be credited equally back to you over 5 months.

Yes, i definitely need a case for the new phone. Can we set up a meeting point and time?
*
+1 +1
i think we can really set up a temporary thread of who is going to the ballroom.
then we can help each other out on the microsim, cases, screen protector while the sellers can earn some profit.
We can even try out the features with each other such as facetime smile.gif

Dude, please do not double post..

Well, i m so sure nobody here can give you a confirm answer. Why don't you try calling the Customer Service tmrw morning?
(or maybe you can ask those forumers who are already there to confirm this for you)
