The height for my new house family room at upstairs is about 20ft, with plaster ceiling completed by developer.
If placing the lighting at this height (20ft), I am worrying the lighting maintenance in the future  sad.gif  .

Do you all have any idea to solve this problem?

Why not try hanging lamps. That is quite a trend now. Also, they could be hang lower (easier to maintain) and changed to energy savings bulbs too. Add some wall lights at sides (change to energy savings bulbs as well) with white lights instead of yellow-ish. If this does not do the work, add a standing lamp by the corners of the room, change to energy savings bulbs again. Sure this will do the trick. smile.gif
