of course i did ...

and i can't even remember how many phone calls that i've made..........

they only thing they do is keep asking for the consignment no. and asked me to WAIT.

i was like: wth......... we pay your service to get the things deliver on time, not to wait, ok...

till now.... i still not receiving anything yet...!!! it's been 3 days..!!!

u better go to nearest gdex office and teach them a lesson tomorrow morning
or try to track down @ here www.gdex.com.my

I've used GDex quite a number of times and parcels sent are always received by buyers on time.

Perhaps for yours, its one out of a million case; I'd a bad experience with SkyNet too, but others said that SkyNet is good, etc...

Actually, there will always be such cases for every courier service company. Even the best definitely won't have a 100% record.

Sad to hear about your misfortune but perhaps it is not entirely fair to label GD as you did.

a question about gdex here. >.<

there was no body in home when they sent my parcel here, & leave a card, will they send again second time? or if i not in home i must go to nearest branch to collect my parcel?

I have got a courier at GD Express.

1. I got a SMS from them saying I got a courier and pls call to arrange the delivery time.

2. I called the number and ask about my courier with the tracking number, the reply from the person who answered my call is we will call you back.

3.Waited for more then 24hours till now no return call and no delivery.

4. Called them a few time before 5p.m. no one answered the call.


I wonder what happen to my parcel and to GD Express!?
