but nowaday Developer also become very smart.. they dont wish their customer goreng2... they will put some clause in the booking receipt... such as can add name but cannot change/trasnfer name to others...to avoid this type of goreng3...anythings developer will pull out the unit and resales with higher value  yeah |

50k undertable for undercon property, what else to tell them but to "eat yourself". He he.
I can get a completed property RIGHT AWAY with 50k. Yes check with the developer and make sure the payment is made only after the transfer form is signed by both parties. Not that I am condoning flippers. In fact any good developers should disallow this practise unless they have strong crony following which they solely rely upon. Heh.
