Nice pic. By the way, I just notice, out of the four directional buttons, the down button is very inaccurate. Does this happen to you guys' X100 too? The down button sometimes is misinterperated as Right button. |

QUOTE(ZzZzz... @ Mar 9 2012, 11:36 PM) nono...i havent had a filter yet....cause still waiting my JJC hood post to me That only happened to early adopters where filter adapter for X-100 wasn't release yet back then. With the current adapter, it will give enough travel for the lens.so now doing research on filter....and did see some people complain that some filters may be knock by x100 lens when close up/macro shooting... since your filter didnt have that problem, can you please let me know detail of your filter and where you buy from??? thanks in advance |

Just upgraded my X100 firmware to version 1.30 from 1.12. Big improvement in AF and MF (with AE/AF-L button pre-focus)!

QUOTE(Thalmes @ Dec 2 2012, 11:54 PM) Hey guys , Yeap. That button is a bit hard-ish; like no dampening. New X100 owner reporting in Got a cheap deal on this as someone was letting it go due to upgrades. Just one question i got, With the Fn button on the top right corner ... Is the button a bit "hard-ish" solid to press on ? Not like the bouncy type of button ( if you know what I mean , like PS3 controller where you get very good feedback / bouncy feeling ) |

QUOTE(Thalmes @ Dec 3 2012, 01:16 AM) All right cool ! Yeah the count will reset once you updated the firmware. Anyway don't worry about the count. Just enjoy shooting. :-)At first I was like wow , is this thing stuck. But after a while it is pretty responsive ( have to pressed on angle ) And one thing , is there a way to check shutter counts on the X100 ? An estimation would be good if there's no definite. Tried googling but the stuffs are pretty limited from what I can find. *EDIT* Looked at the file names, images saved on the SD Card .. DSCF0503.RAF Does it mean that the camera only has 503 counts ? Looked at other forums, It said that once the people updated their firmware the counter will reset. I'm guessing the first owner took another 500 pictures after upgrading. Been used for 3 months. I'm guessing its about 1000 - 1500 pictures. |
