Added on November 30, 2010, 2:40 amUpdated first post with new option file for real names. The option file is the safest method to use real kits and team names online, with kitserver it works but requires a little bit of work on the modification side of things.
Therefore I wouldn't recommend it unless you know what yer doing.

oh, and please install the option file i posted in the OP. I already tested it against mr.tapir last night, and it worked perfectly.
Good thing about PES2011, is edited team names and kits from option files can be seen online.

Just use the option file I posted. Copy and paste into your Documents\KONAMI\Pro Evo 2011\save dir.

Its the easiest method.

Well, kitserver is also easy but it doesn't work for online play without modifying a few files.

For me in PES there is always a way to beat teams like Barca, Chelsea, Arsenal with so-called midrange teams.
But it will require a bit of luck where condition is considered. You probably need your best players in the green/yellow/red arrow to make the task easier. Other than that, you have to spend a lot of time tinkering with formations depending on who your opponent is.

For example, if I face a team with face paced wingers, like Arsenal or Barca(Arshavin, Pedro, Messi, Walcott), my strategy is probably to set the team to attack the middle of the opponent's defence with quick long balls or through balls that beat the offside trap. Usually a team that pressures high up the pitch is liable to receiving a quick counter attack. But you have to be prepared to relinquish possession most of the time. My average possession stat so far is 46% but that's because I always play against opponents who use teams that have quick wingers on the flanks, which is why I can't risk attacking all the time.

If you use a team like Sampdoria or Valencia, you can't expect to match a team like Barca in terms of passing and speed, so the best way is to soak up the pressure and then hit them on the break, similar to how Inter managed against Barca in the 1st leg of the CL Semi-final last season.

The management edit and team styles in PES2011 is your best friend for success, and always play a player in better condition than playing a star player with a horrible condition. I've never used the automatic coach settings in PES and never will.

No. It should work straight away. Unless you copied it to the wrong dir. Have you updated PES and the DLC to the latest version?

The reason for auto-sub is because you didn't choose manual strategy settings(you probably chose Balanced, Offensive or Defensive. To do this you have turn One touch setting back on.

Well, I can't troubleshoot if you use jacksparrow version.
Too many variations and the problems can easily be because of the cracked EXE.

Buying online has a lot of benefits, seems like KONAMI is patching up the gameplay and adding plenty of DLC this year.

Its an option file, of course its small.
All the kit files are there as well, but compressed in the archive.

So far option files have been unaffected by DLC or patches.

But I always hear in interviews with Seabass/Jon Murphy mentioning that Top Player in PES is equivalent to Superstar in WE as far as difficulty goes.

Just use the exe provided with the PESEDIT patch.

I have the feeling that the next update will be only DLC, so the last patch is 1.03 exe.

Yeah, it does support the latest patch.
But backup the original exe as always.

PES2011 - playing with with LAN mode in hamachi online. Bear in mind, you still need to log-in with the KONAMI ID, so of course you need a legit cd-key.
I have no idea whether this fake or real.

Been really busy the past month or so guys, apart from my studies I've been selling off a few stuff here and there. Will be free finally starting this Thursday.
