I am hoping to see Macheda and Berbatov partnering next match... let Rooney come from sub for the moment... i think he is suffering frm the lost of confidence. Let the other shoulder the burden first, take the burden off him for the moment.
*
yea put rooney on subs.. only start him on easier fixture. he has been struggling for a while now. people said he need matches but look like it doesnt work. easier fixture match or coming from subs maybe what he needs. more minute play for owen,hernandez,kiko.. they really need it.

as i remember berba alone never quite work in term of getting goals.
problem is we lack of scoring midfielder at the moment. but nani could be the different maker if he can bring his A game

I'm worried...Eversince I've been a Man Utd fan, I rarely get worried. But I still BELIEVE. Really hope Rio's back tonight. At least it'll bring a bit of stability in the team.
*
we hv big squad.. our subs and young are good enaugh to cover the first team. always been like that. that the different between big club and moderate ones
playing away vs valencia definately not easy task. bet pundit and bookies favour home team win. if we can maintain our away form its good enaugh i think tongue.gif

Owen to start? hmm.gif

How about give Rooney another chance? If he is not playing his confidence and morale will drop even further i think. Kesian weh..
*
owen or hernandez..

rooney had his chance. he may not playing bad but it sure aint his best.
maybe what roon need is rest only play when he is really ready. if roon did fit put him on the bench

if im not wrong, Welbeck cannot feature in this game. Players who are loaned out are not allowed to play against their mother club. Thats why City wan to loan Given away. Can help some big team gain some point, but cant play against City, which i suppose is good?
*
vidic is a lead by example kind of captain.. we need someone who a first eleven and can play week in week out.

i think it really depend on the clause agreed between clubs. normally yes they agreed clause that loan player cant play against mother club as to avoid issued and kinda advantage for the mother club itself. on given case i think its really coz the player who want to played. as international player and at his age he really need regular football

QUOTE(irenic @ Oct 4 2010, 05:04 PM)
we are the team who depends heavily on good wingers. when our wingers had a great game, other players especially in the middle of the field would also enjoy the same good game.

last time we had Beckham and Ronaldo. during that period, most of our attacks and goals started from these 2 guys. Keane, Scholes, Carrick can bosses the middle of the field because opponents were focusing on our wingers a lot. Beckham with his long ball and crosses into the box, and Ronaldo with his maze run and thunderous shot could produce big things from nothing.

now as Valencia is injured, it's up to Nani to perform well. because most of our goals will come from wing play..
*
most of the goal did came from wings but the play, the moves, the pass came from the middle. our center midfielder who always been creating the chance for the likes of beck to cross and ronaldo to run forward. old days it was giggs on the run. scholes will be hard to replace.. after all this yrs he still the most creative player on our side.

for me van der vaart certainly quite a missed.. can dictate play, scores, very experience

QUOTE(Wan @ Oct 4 2010, 07:28 PM)

Added on October 4, 2010, 8:25 pmAnd he plays out wide(not like a winger, more like a roaming AM who starts out wide) for Spurs. And we have the likes of Nani, Valencia, Park, Giggs, Cleverley, Obertan out wide. We will always play with two strikers. So the position left to play is in the middle. Nobody will use him in the middle when they play 442(which we do play a lot of the time). And thus that's one of the reason why we never bought any of his kind/type(Sneidjer is another one) unless they're comfortable playing there(middle of 442). Ando, forward/attacking midfielder before he joins us and now he plays more like a deep lying midfielder, battling for the ball and spraying passes from deep ala Carrick/Scholes/Fletcher.

He could really be useful for us in a 433/4231 setup though since we don't really have an option that could wow us from there right now. But then would he really be happy not being the absolute first choice since we play more than half our games with 442.
*
yup but thats for spurs.. we never knew how it will turn out. certainly wont be saying something like nobody will use in the middle...
every new signing always a risk to be taken. every clubs, great manager had their flop when it come to transfer.
all i know he is a great player with a good resume and record shown he is versatile, very adapatable. can create chances and score. from my view could see him playing out wide left come inside style(rooney on left/scoring midfileder ronaldo style) or middle playing scholes/giggs on the middle kinda role. and if we choose to play with lone striker he will be perfect for the supporting role AM.VDV style will bring us options.

then theres the experiences, maturity.. club level, international. not first choice till kaka setback but still perform profesionally and shown kaka not missed at all.

Nice if cleverley will get the chance.. but if like before better let wigan loan him and play him more first team football. only feature once with wigan decision calling him now seem to early better wait till jan how things goes.

really was hoping to see more of him. who know he might turn out to be better than ando.

guys, do we still make profit of 40M or, the 60M net loss says everything?
*
seem like 60mil loss as it said overall.. the 100mil profit only come when count operating profit loss for the current yr

maybe the loss came after count all asset like buying player and all liabilities including the payment of loans plus interest

in huge debts.. making losses. valued the club at 1.5billion.
if this continue we look like to be in bigger shite than pools.

H&G only look to get back their money/investment.. but glazers hoping for profits?

damn jewish!! first put loans on the club for buying it with huge interest.. then paid the loan from the club money/ fans money
overall loss of more than 80mil. things only look bad to worse. what next..

The tabloids .. cannot trust wan lar ...

Anyways .. there are a few key differences between Man Utd and Liv.

1) The debt in Man Utd is long term debt. Liv's is short term.
2) Man utd cash flow is light years ahead of Liv. Revenue is much, much higher and can support the wages and interest repayments.

This will make a world of difference between the two clubs. Whether the club can maintain the success on the pitch without SAF in order to maintain that revenue, remains to be seen. So for the short term, things are fine and dandy. Look further down the road, and things get a lot darker .... sad.gif
*
1. True we got longer yrs for repayment of the loans. but we also got much bigger debt and it aint getting smaller
2. not sure bout that also.. the much revenue only from operating the club expense only not inlude the interest repayment. we are making losses if inlcude loan repayments and we been having loss for most yrs since the takeover. last yr got profit thanks to ronaldo massive transfer. who's next rooney? even so the club certainly can keep doing that. then theres worry that we hv to buy when VDS,giggs, scholes retire.

btw SAF only the manager... outside the pitch its the board, gills and his gang
