this is soooo disappointing....more so towards rooney's change of heart for United and his doggedness to leave, rather than losing him as a Devil....sigh....
i personally thought Rooney is the type of player that will stay for life at United, and become a legend for United....after all, his desire and lung-bursting performances for United over the years rilli showed the love he has for the club....only for this shocking news to come out in the open, by Sir Alex no less, is rilli hard to comprehend....
maybe, just maybe, some other outside factors is influencing his decision to leave....at 1st, i tot the only believable source whether he's leaving or not, would be from Rooney himself....but words from Sir Alex hold no less truth in it....sigh,i i'm terribly disappointed....
if it's rilli true already that he's leaving, then i wish him all the best in the future, and thanks for all the service that he has put in over the years....love him or hate him, Rooney did gave us some incredible memories of his goals and contributions to United....the goal which he volleyed 1st time from Smith's knockdown against Newcastle stands out....and also the lung-bursting sprint counter attack goal from our own half against Arsenal last season is also a memorable one....
my only wish is that if he does move, it will be to Spain or Italy....not to Chelsea or City....to think that we could lose such a player for only 5 million pounds in the summer due to the Webster ruling is rilli heart-wrenching....
i wish there are more players like Giggsy, Scholesy and Neville, who shows tremendous love for the club, and honour to stay with United for life....
