It's over, he did won his bet...

Villa 0 Chelsea 0

this soften the blow.now only if blackpool can scupper mancini and his sheikhs. drool.gif

QUOTE
“From our first-half performance, which was outstanding, the criticism is that we didn’t finish them off,” the boss told MUTV. “Where it should have been 5-0 at half-time, we’ve gone in 2-0 up. That is an area we have to be concerned about.
now the gaffer points where he is placing the blame.we solved the concentration issue, defence issue(partly albeit) and now we have yet to solve that ruthless and scoring that chance when it comes.and when we solve that one...hallelujah brows.gif

if all goes to plan and owen makes a successful comeback i see a turning pt there, now if it takes him longer i think its high time we call back cleverly.pace, creativity is need from the midfield on a time were running short on the flanks.

scholes needs rest, and carrick is still off the pace. tom is the one i see filling this gap, meanwhile gibson was nowhere to be seen today.

pls, for the love of god, push forward for more goals even after we are 2 goals up. We look like we dont want to step on the pedal. Might be because of our lousy midfield performance
*
actually we did push, and didnt rest on it, but what we didnt do was actually score them.how many chances went begging in the 1st half wch should have handed us a comfortable win.im not sure why some of our fans are blaming ando, or vds for that matter.my opinion is the team should get the blame bcoz we didnt kill them off when we should have.

as for rooney on the flanks, i say its not particularly good idea.why sacrifice him yet again when he can be deadly up top.back then he was pushed there and it worked since ronaldo was blazing trough the front, but now even with chicha who has speed it has lesser chance of working.

he might be off form now but let him up top and he will bring home the goals.his touches are still good and his vision for goal and seeking out that options for goal is still apparent.

True that, it is going to cost to us to draw against on & off relegation team at OT. It is not our team lacks of attacking or defensive but the desire to batter them into pieces are long gone.
*
we certainly cant bank on "those days".wba might be a yo-yo club but every season even the smaller teams improve.so its a bit unfair to say we should beat smaller teams by the same old record.they certainly have improved and so should we.its an evolving affair, were seeing the top 4 mould being broken and the middle to bottom table teams all fight for every thing.show the league''s competitive edge.

take every game as it comes no matter who they are, small or big the objective will always stay the same to beta them and get the 3 pts.

If something is not right about Rooney, Evra is the same as well. Ever since WC, he has not been the same player we saw last season.
*
must be some thing to do with him getting banned.felt betrayed a bit ka, rebellious maybe.but he should take example for the king.his nation is at big lost with out him and move on.for the sake of playing the beautiful game cantonna didnt even care about the antics of the french f.a

Alien, so it's wrong for me to post some sarcasm while IT IS ALWAYS RIGHT when people posting United can't win the league. This player is no good. Why we waste money on an unknown? This player is a FLOP.
You sir, definitely are a joke. How big is your hunger for glory? When MU was doing great before last season, you were hailing the team like nobody's business. And when MU is not doing well, you change your glorified moments to Chelsea's. Therefore, I would gladly assume that you are an *******.

If winning is what matters to you, or big names to fill in the first XI, please go for Real Madrid or noisy neighbors. Don't post your nonsense here.
Welcome to my world. Hmm, actually most of the seniors that shy-ed away from posting here. We are too tired to repeat ourselves unlike Wan. Hence, the sarcasm. But apparently, even sarcasm isn't even allowed in the thread anymore. This thread is boring.

Well, its yours and their choice and I have no control on what you all want to do. Plus its not like I am getting paid for each post.

The thing is that you have been constantly posting in a sarcastic way and it bring nothing to the discussion except attracting people to start reply and flaming each others.

Also do not think that masking/replacing any profanities with symbols like * or x will not means you are posting profanities/vulgars.
*
woahh come on now, relax we still have a season laid in front of us.rasanya a bit of every thing is ok in a forum.the banther, sarcasm, gloryfing, the nager and so on but know the limits and not to be so uptight and at the same time not to offend anyone biggrin.gif

peace yo icon_rolleyes.gif ...lets look forward to burssaspor midweek biggrin.gif

I totally have no idea at all what makes our defense suddenly so vulnerable  unsure.gif

Few matches ago we can say the lack of Rio commanding the backline but now? Still come down to individual mistakes and lapses of concentration I guess  sad.gif
*
was it really our defence yesterday??i mean 1 came from a freekick then trough a deflection and own goal you might say, an another from a honest mistake.so is our defence on the slack or is it our lack of killer instinct in killing teams off??

QUOTE(Sheep319 @ Oct 17 2010, 11:25 PM)
I think it's the defender's mentality that's causing this amazing goal-leak-fest.

Gah. I swear to God, even if the next game we're 5-0 up, I can't sit still. I just know, somewhere, suddenly,

"5 GOAL BLITZ IN THE SPACE OF 1 MINUTE"
*
now thats paranoid, but i feel you man. tongue.gif just what we united faithful have to trough for that 3 pts.and personally would be all the sweeter when we get it.

QUOTE
"Thirty games to go, 90 points to play for so we'd have to do something a bit special, I suppose," he said.

something roy said, but it made me think of us.come on lads show that special thing!

Come on, lar. Nobody has confirmed anything. Even Soccernet is only as good as their sources. And their sources include shit like The Sun, The Daily Mail and The Daily Mirror.

It's all sensationalism man. Do you guys see any specific quotes from Rooney saying he wants to leave? Not a single quote in those articles.

As it is, nobody knows what's going on. So let's not proclaim things like we're psychic here. Let's just wait and see.
*
finally a single post thats not worried about rooney.touche to bro +newbie+

geez man still cant take lessons from errr vida??????? doh.gif

he was "also the one on the way out" and thats according to...everyone even some sections of united fans every where..but what he did??what the club did??stay silent, work the deal out and settle it.no need for anyone else to be nosy about.

i see the same with rooney.whats the big fuss about it??manager trying to protect his player is normal and every one does it.it falls in the club v country wch will never be resolved.as for madrid, well known for buying practically the human race.

its better we throw the support behind our lad then talk about petty things that would do no one good and will only make ourself lagi tensi tongue.gif , by all means discuss it im not preventing anyone from it.but my allegiance is clear and wont be wavered by rumours and i trust most of us here are the same.

Added on October 19, 2010, 9:46 amthis wait is what driving things crazy here.if were to play on Wednesday it would be nice.im sure the rooney news would at least pipe down a bit.

Amen to that, my brother.

It's increasingly likely now if Rooney is to be sold, it will be over January. I wonder if a decent price could be had. He being cup tied, out of form, on the final year of his contract and wanting to leave ... sad.gif
