If you want to add a window, you could take a picture of your side panel and mark out the area you want to cut out. You mentioned that you want it like cm 690, is it with an acrylic window with fan mounting ? eg below

Just PMed you the price . To save cost, you can always drive down here in the morning and pass me the side panel, and before you can say - Now you see now you don't, the panel will be ready ...just kidding. The cutting will take less than 3 minutes for both the window and fan hole but setting up takes time.

Or if you want to courier in also no problem, once the panel is ready i will inform and you can notify the courier company to pick it up back to you. Try Nationwide or Kangaroo or whatever Just dont appoint any cicak kobeng courier...hehehehe
