My goodness, RAM is not everything, you'll have to take in processor, graphics chip in consideration.... And last but not least, the battery life wouldnt last a day after adding all these monstrous hardware.

Sometimes it doesnt hurt to try out other platform.... Dont go around and say they fail or something. It has their own reason why android has such success in worldwide level.
