hi,

i'm new to property, i hope to buy one units for own stay here cause it seem cheap and affordable.

i looking for studio unit, i heard tat soho unit will not able to stay, i not sure how true it is.

some opinion plz? and is the studio unit in move in condition now?

whoever have a unit can pm me... thanks

for studio i can get at 250k.

i already give up buying ED since last month cause its really too exp but then this few days agents start sms and call me back as now some owner start to throw price.

so i just start to searching ED units again.
