Just wondering, is there a way to have residential rates for SOHO units utility bills? How do we change it from the current commercial rates instead?

Is the internet service provided by Innet Solutions reliable? Any current users here? Any other options? It seems that no Unifi / Maxis installation is allowed in Empire Damansara...
