Sir, may I know how to issue notice of VP when there is no CCC? Did you experience this before? If yes, I am interested to know which project. And if this is possible, what would happen if buyer VP and CCC only comes 2 years later? Leave the unit empty and let the LAD lapsed? Please enlighten me. I am newbie.
